Senior Architect - One Identity Manager (IAM)

Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished professional with over 10 years of expertise in designing, deploying, and managing identity governance and administration solutions based on the One Identity Manager platform. This role involves translating business, security, and regulatory needs into resilient, secure, and sustainable identity management solutions. Ideal candidates will have skills in custom development, integration of connectors, cloud-based IAM, and enterprise-wide identity architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee One Identity Manager implementations covering workflows, business roles, attestation mechanisms, and integration with target systems.
• Convert business and compliance objectives into configuration settings, tailored processes, and enterprise-level IAM architecture on the One Identity Manager platform.
• Develop and sustain integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, databases, and customized applications.
• Manage platform customization, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization in development, test, and production environments.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and offer guidance to engineers and stakeholders regarding solution design, quality standards, and maintainability.

Team and Practice

This role belongs to the Digital Trust & Privacy team within the cyber risk services—IAM practice. The team supports organizations in creating, developing, and deploying advanced IAM solutions to safeguard confidential information and enhance security, resiliency, and vigilance. Key focus areas include Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Password Management, Automated Provisioning, Roles Management, ITSM Tools Integration, Advanced Authentication Methods, Strategy and Roadmap, and One Identity Manager modules.

Location and Shift Details

Based in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India, with additional office presence in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience working specifically with One Identity Manager.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and implementing identity governance solutions including joiner-mover-leaver processes, role-based access control, access certification, and segregation of duties.
• Capability in customizing One Identity Manager utilizing VB.NET, C#, PowerShell, Angular, SQL scripting, or the One Identity SDK.
• Integration expertise with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases, and HR systems.
• Familiarity with One Identity Manager Synchronization Engine, schema extensions, and object layer tools for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with One Identity Manager modules including Identity Management Base, Target System Base, Business Roles, Attestation, Compliance Rules, Report Subscriptions, and Password Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience administering One Identity Manager upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
• Exposure to managing IAM solutions in cloud or multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and T-SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and performing data analysis.
• Capability in creating architecture diagrams, technical specs, and operational documentation.
• Experience in IAM test strategies, test case development, and validating workflows.
