Responsibilities

• Manage complete basic requirements gathering, conceptual and approval planning for high-profile turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects
• Create innovative architectural solutions and develop detailed execution plans collaboratively for large projects
• Coordinate all projects architecturally, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with subcontractors
• Support tendering and awarding processes and provide data for the cost estimation department
• Assist purchasing with technical coordination alongside various product suppliers and partners
• Support site management through regular site visits verifying accurate implementation according to drawings
• Ensure architectural quality control throughout the design process adhering to internal guidelines and client specifications

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering from a university or equivalent institution
• At least eight years of solid professional experience as an architect in turnkey industrial and commercial construction
• Proficient user of Autodesk Revit and Nemetschek Allplan, along with confident use of MS Office tools
• Fluent German language skills at the C1 level and good English abilities both spoken and written for communication purposes
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and exceptional teamwork abilities suited for large project collaboration
• Independent, well-structured working style with a valid Class B driver's license for business travel
• A valid work permit in Germany and established residence within the country to undertake this role
