Role Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of architectural projects spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and other built environments.
• Create architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
• Review drawings, specifications, material choices, and technical submittals for accuracy.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering teams to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, accessibility standards, and architectural norms.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Participate in client meetings, coordination discussions, and project evaluations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction compliance with approved plans.
• Assess shop drawings, product samples, and contractor submissions.
• Monitor design quality, timelines, and technical criteria to support successful project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• At least seven years of pertinent professional experience in architectural design and consultancy.
• Proven expertise in concept formulation, detailed design, construction documentation, and project coordination.
• Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with visualization software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, and 3ds Max is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, materials, and construction practices.
• Experience integrating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural expertise is mandatory.
