Senior Architect - Design Development

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with at least 8 years of professional experience specializing in the Design Development phase. The role involves handling diverse projects including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments within a consultancy environment. The position requires close collaboration with internal design teams, regulatory authorities, and client representatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned projects by thoroughly understanding and implementing client requirements.
• Coordinate closely with senior management regarding company policies and strategic directions.
• Work in conjunction with project managers, multiple departments, and external consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
• Participate in meetings with clients and authorities as necessary.
• Assess project team requirements and communicate these needs to senior management.
• Guarantee that all designs fully comply with relevant authority regulations.
• Lead, organize, and synchronize design development and submission processes alongside team members.
• Ensure projects adhere to scheduled timelines for completion.
• Maintain stringent quality assurance and quality control standards prior to final project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience specifically in architectural Design Development.
• Excellent organizational, creative thinking, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software tools.
• Immediate availability required; candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
