Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to oversee architectural coordination and project delivery by managing multiple stakeholders and consultants. This position involves reviewing architectural outputs, supervising timelines, preparing feasibility assessments, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards to guarantee successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with external architectural, structural, MEP, signage, and other technical consultants to facilitate seamless project delivery.
• Assess architectural plans, designs, technical documents, and consultant submissions for completeness and compliance with project parameters.
• Track consultant submissions and coordination milestones to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines.
• Manage subordinate architects coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Liaison departments.
• Develop feasibility studies and area reports for prospective land acquisitions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments to gather land information, CAD files, development regulations, statutory prerequisites, and other essential inputs.
• Monitor project progress relative to timelines; proactively identify and address delays, design conflicts, or coordination hurdles.
• Offer expert technical advice to resolve intricate architectural and coordination issues.
• Ensure architectural documentation is current, organized, and distributed to all stakeholders.
• Compile, analyze, and disseminate project data, updates, and status reports for internal and external use.
• Ensure design work and documentation comply with local building codes, statutory regulations, and company standards.
• Work with internal teams to secure necessary approvals and statutory clearances from authorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as an architect, ideally within real estate development or well-known architectural firms.
• Proven proficiency in architectural design coordination and managing consultant teams.
• Practical expertise in reviewing architectural drawings and consultant deliverables.
• Knowledgeable in feasibility analysis, area assessment, development rules, and project documentation.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to handle numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Sound understanding of local building regulations and compliance procedures.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with large-scale architectural consultancies or real estate development companies.
• Exposure to residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use urban development projects.
• Coordination experience across Design, Structural, MEP, Liaison, Legal, Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and project management software relevant to architectural workflows.
• Detailed awareness of local development guidelines, building codes, and statutory approvals.
• Proven track record of independently managing multiple projects and consultant teams.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from AICTE- or UGC-recognized institutions.
• A master’s degree in architecture or related field is preferred.
