Position Overview

The Senior Applied Scientist will be responsible for advancing the development of deep learning and generative AI models. This expert role involves close collaboration with product teams to apply cutting-edge technologies across varied industries and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize foundational and applied AI research to enhance Inception's algorithmic capabilities.
• Develop and integrate multimodal AI systems incorporating text, audio, and visual inputs to improve human-machine interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI algorithms are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Work with product developers to embed innovative AI models into products and deliver client-focused proofs of concept.
• Identify opportunities where AI can boost customers' business productivity and provide technical support throughout sales cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or AI-related discipline, preferably specializing in computer vision, NLP, or speech and audio.
• At least eight years' experience developing AI algorithms across multiple data modalities.
• Demonstrated research excellence through peer-reviewed publications or impactful product R&D.
