Role Overview
We seek an experienced CMM Programmer and Application Engineer to join our Gurgaon office. This role focuses on driving customer success by leveraging expertise in advanced CMM programming and metrology applications, along with providing technical consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and enhance Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs for precision inspection
- Deliver customer application support, perform demonstrations, and conduct technical evaluations
- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications
- Provide training sessions and technical assistance to customers
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to measurement and inspection processes
- Collaborate with sales, service, and quality assurance teams to implement effective metrology solutions
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable practical experience in CMM programming
- Proficiency in software such as CAMIO, MCOSMOS, PolyWorks, or PC-DMIS
- Solid knowledge of GD&T principles, manufacturing workflows, and quality inspection techniques
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication skills and customer interaction abilities
