Senior APAC Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior APAC Recruiter to join SID Global Solutions in Hyderabad. This position entails full-time onsite responsibilities with shift timings from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The candidate will play a critical role in managing talent acquisition efforts mainly focused on the Philippines and broader APAC/SEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles within Philippines and APAC territories.
• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill recruitment goals.
• Employ diverse sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify suitable candidates.
• Handle negotiations with candidates ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.
• Track recruitment performance using ATS, reports, and relevant hiring metrics.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or IT recruitment with a strong focus on Philippine recruitment.
• Proven ability in technical recruitment across various IT roles and niche technologies.
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
