Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and sustain SAP Concur components such as expense types, workflows, audit mechanisms, and cost objects including cost centers and WBS elements, ensuring strict compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in SAP Concur system upgrades, extensive testing, and the rollout of new features and functions.
• Produce and update clear and accurate functional specifications and workflow diagrams, maintaining precise system documentation.
• Deliver effective training and ongoing support to users to promote proficient use of SAP Concur modules.
• Drive process enhancements within the Concur system to elevate operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Perform core system activities meticulously, focused on advancing organizational objectives.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Comprehensive expertise in SAP Concur modules including Expense, Travel, and Invoice.
• Strong understanding of ERP system integrations, particularly in SAP or Oracle ecosystems.

• Proficient in expense auditing and corporate card management processes.
• Good grounding in accounting principles, specifically General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
