Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our BPO MIS team in Chandigarh. This role involves developing and managing Management Information Systems to enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and analyze large data sets within BPO operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and organize extensive data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and reports.
- Create, maintain, and optimize MIS reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Conduct detailed analysis on operational data to detect trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports timely and accurately to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements driven by data insights.
- Oversee database management ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Provide data-related support and troubleshooting for operational teams and end-users.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate users on MIS tools and reporting systems.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 months of experience as an MIS Senior Analyst or similar role, especially in a BPO setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) along with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics languages and tools like Python and R is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear data presentation.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
