Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI & Tech Scriptwriter to join our team in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position involves crafting detailed and engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Your primary goal will be to make complex AI and technology concepts accessible and compelling through high-quality storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on AI models, technological tools, new product releases, academic papers, documentation, and benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
• Validate claims and clarify why each technological development is significant to the audience.
• Develop unique story perspectives by identifying the target viewers, central questions, and main takeaways before writing.
• Create comprehensive YouTube video scripts featuring strong openings, clear organizational flow, relatable examples, smooth transitions, and satisfying conclusions.
• Compose concise, captivating scripts for Shorts and Instagram Reels with sharp hooks and tight pacing, delivering a full and practical idea.
• Generate alternative hooks and framing strategies when necessary to ensure the content fulfills viewer expectations.
• Include source citations, visual cues, demonstration notes, and on-screen instructions to aid seamless production.
• Collaborate closely with presenters and video editors to ensure scripts sound natural and practical for filming.
• Analyze video performance metrics such as viewer retention, skip rates, average watch duration, rewatch frequency, and shares to recommend targeted script improvements.
• Incorporate editorial feedback thoughtfully, maintain well-organized research, and meet all production deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' professional experience in video scriptwriting.
• Portfolio showcasing published full-length YouTube videos and Shorts or Reels, with clear details of your creative contribution.
• Strong familiarity with AI, cutting-edge technologies, related tools, and workflows.
• Capability to independently research and interpret technical information, presenting it simply without distorting meaning.
• Excellent storytelling aptitude tailored for both long and short video formats, including writing for conversational delivery.
• Understanding of video engagement factors such as hooks, pacing, audience retention, and performance analytics.
• Proven impact with ability to explain writing choices and share relevant performance data or analytics when permissible.
• Excellent editorial judgment, originality, dependability, and a positive, constructive approach to feedback.
• Experience with AI writing tools, combined with responsibility for ensuring script accuracy and uniqueness.
• Willingness and availability to work full-time based in Gwalior.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with technology creators, media teams, or prominent brands.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for demonstrations and transforming them into engaging stories.
• Knowledge of platforms like YouTube Studio or Instagram Insights for content analytics.
• Experience developing consistent content formats and adapting scripts to suit specific presenter styles.
• Published Shorts or Reels noted for high retention and sharing rates.

Success Indicators

Success in this role involves delivering precise, production-ready scripts punctually, continuously improving via feedback and data-driven insights. Performance evaluations will consider video format, topic, length, and existing channel analytics, focusing on improvements in opening strength, retention rates, duration watched, completion percentages, and audience engagement metrics.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹70,000 to ₹110,000, determined based on experience, portfolio strength, and proven results. Final offerings will be negotiated during hiring.
