Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of machine learning models and Agentic AI systems addressing complex business challenges, collaborating closely with product and data science teams.
• Develop and test application code, validate machine learning models, and automate testing and deployment processes utilizing large language model tools like Claude Code.
• Utilize cloud-based solutions to deploy scalable, optimized AI models.
• Build efficient data ingestion and memory pipelines feeding into AI systems.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment practices, including test automation and monitoring, to ensure robust deployment of AI models and software.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, mentor team members, and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
• Analyze complex problem scenarios involving intangible variables and drive effective solutions.
• Use programming languages such as Python, C++, and SQL for development tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Extensive expertise in software engineering and system design, covering requirements analysis, coding, testing, version control, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, distributed computing, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, with familiarity in algorithms like linear and logistic regression, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in model governance, including monitoring, validation, bias detection, explainability, performance tracking, and agent observability.
• In-depth understanding of Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), CI/CD/CT pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CloudBees; experience with A/B testing and pipeline frameworks such as MLflow and SageMaker Pipelines, including model and data versioning.
• Background in data integration, transformation, and processing, encompassing big data ecosystems, relational, NoSQL and graph databases, distributed processing with Spark or PySpark, and knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of database architectures and optimization, including various data environments, cloud/AWS infrastructure, database schema design, semantic data models, and efficient SQL, NoSQL, and graph database usage.
• Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics including linear algebra, probability, statistics, multivariate calculus, and distributions like Poisson, Normal, and Binomial.
• Programming proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills complemented by strong communication and teamwork abilities.
