Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to architect, construct, and implement AI-driven solutions for large-scale organizations. This position encompasses the creation of proof-of-concept and production-ready AI applications, covering backend services, machine learning infrastructure, large language models, multi-agent frameworks, and advanced web technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to fulfill business and client needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain backend systems powered by AI technologies.
• Develop and incorporate large language models and multi-agent solutions utilizing tools such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
• Design user interfaces for AI applications using modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, and Angular.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and AI APIs/backend services via REST and GraphQL.
• Work alongside data engineers, UX designers, product managers, and QA professionals to deliver AI products.
• Implement MLOps methodologies to manage model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle.
• Build user-friendly, accessible, and standards-compliant AI application interfaces.
• Mentor peers and share valuable knowledge within the team.
• Document AI models thoroughly, including their limitations, assumptions, and design choices.
• Adhere strictly to GDPR, EU AI Act compliance, and Responsible AI standards in development processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning roles.

Preferred:

• Proficiency working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience managing the full AI lifecycle: problem scoping, data prep, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Expertise in domains like NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or computer vision.
• Contributions to open-source projects or academic publications in AI.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model oversight, and technology evaluation.
• Background in Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Strong skills in Python and ML libraries.
• Hands-on with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with MLOps tools like Azure ML or MLflow.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Development experience with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of SQL and relational database architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory aspects related to AI services.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative working within delivery teams.
