Role Summary

This position offers you the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio while supporting a team of accountants. You will work closely under the guidance of a Director who will mentor you towards leadership and promotion within the firm. The firm encourages those who desire increased managerial responsibilities to take on as much as they can handle, which will aid the management team in focusing on business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a personal portfolio of clients and accountants.
• Maintain and develop client relationships independently with full support from the firm.
• Assume increasing managerial duties as desired to support firm growth and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Services Accounting, preferably with exposure to large and complex clients.
• Qualified accountant credential is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with an engaging personality.
