Job Overview

Navkul Buildcon Private Limited seeks a highly skilled Senior Accountant based in Delhi-NCR. This role demands expertise in financial management, compliance, and reporting to support robust fiscal operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and review financial statements ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage general ledger activities and perform reconciliations promptly to maintain account accuracy.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
Contribute to financial planning processes including budgeting and cost assessment.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations such as VAT, TDS, GST, and corporate tax submissions.
Facilitate audit processes liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Support closing activities during month-end and fiscal year-end cycles.
Interpret financial data to spot trends and advise on business strategy improvements.
Work collaboratively with various departments to optimize financial reporting workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven ability in preparing and analyzing financial reports accurately.
Expertise in handling general ledger operations and performing detailed reconciliations to uphold financial integrity.
Competency in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses effectively.
Strong knowledge of taxation laws, compliance requirements, and audit preparations.
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software.
Autonomous finalization of balance sheets and reconciliation of GST, TDS, vendor accounts, etc.
