Senior Accountant

Overview

Iconic Electric Power Private Limited is searching for a seasoned Senior Accountant to oversee its finance and accounting operations. This full-time position is based at Dreams Cab Service, Bhoj - Padra - Vadodara Road, Narayanwadi, Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will bring thorough knowledge of financial accounting, GST and TDS compliance, taxation, payroll management, budgeting, project costing, MIS reporting, banking processes, and statutory compliance. Preference will be given to professionals with experience in EPC, Electrical, Solar, Infrastructure, or Construction industries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive accounting records using ERP or accounting software.
• Prepare and verify invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and various statutory obligations.
• Manage payroll operations including statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee financial matters.
• Generate MIS reports, financial statements, cash flow analysis, budgets, and management reports.
• Formulate project budgets, track expenditures, and conduct cost evaluations.
• Liaise with banking institutions to facilitate fund management, online banking transactions, and other related tasks.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams for billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections.
• Support both internal and external audits ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Lead finance department activities while ensuring precision, integrity, and timely reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Age between 22 and 45 years.
• Open to all genders.
• Graduate qualification preferred (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent).
• Basic proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Day shift work schedule.

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 depending on skills and experience.
