Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-focused Senior Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team based in Sharjah. This position entails engaging with prospective clients both via phone and in-person meetings. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager at Equiti Securities, the role involves expanding and supporting our client portfolio effectively each day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture new client relationships utilizing multiple channels.
• Expertly manage interactions with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and partners.
• Proactively reach out to potential leads to convert interest into active clients.
• Maintain strong ongoing connections with existing clientele.
• Leverage own industry contacts and external platforms to deepen client relationships.
• Consistently increase client numbers by demonstrating expertise, market insight, and a personalized approach that differentiates us from competitors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets routinely.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients regarding market trends and trading-related information.
• Support planning and execution of client events as necessary.
• Deliver educational training to prospective and current clients about financial instruments and trading platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and development to facilitate project success.
• Complete all required training and professional development objectives within prescribed timeframes.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Comprehensive understanding of financial products including FX, equities, and CFDs.
• Proficient in sales strategy, including management of direct, indirect, and alternative sales channels.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, well-organized with excellent follow-up capabilities.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages at a professional level.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines is required.
• A Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in account management or client engagement with high-net-worth individuals in the FX industry is essential.
