Senior Account Manager

Overview

As a Senior Account Manager at Rulemapping, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients from both public and private sectors, guiding these relationships strategically and fostering long-term growth. At Rulemapping, we translate applicable law into machine-readable formats, and your role ensures that organizations leveraging our solutions fully benefit and evolve alongside us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients from public and private sectors, strategically expanding engagements and ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, independently developing and executing account plans.
• Analyze client activity and usage regularly to deliver actionable recommendations and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with delivery, implementation, and product teams by relaying customer feedback and translating client needs into tangible product requirements.
• Represent Rulemapping professionally at client reviews, events, and onsite meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Over 4 years of professional experience in account management or a related role within the SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of legal or regulatory processes; experience in GovTech or LegalTech sectors is an advantage.
• Completed higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Law, or related areas.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems effectively.
• Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a structured and autonomous work approach.
• Highly customer-focused with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (minimum C1 level).
