Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a key portfolio of clients across a large consortium of agencies. This position demands perseverance, resilience, and proactive effort to drive account growth and maximize revenue. Daily tasks vary, including:

• Prospecting and nurturing revenue-generating client relationships
• Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance revenue via effective sales solutions
• Responding thoroughly to client briefs and business needs
• Engaging with the industry through attendance at networking events
• Negotiating and finalizing deals in alignment with company strategy
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Candidate Profile

We seek a high-achieving and naturally driven sales professional, motivated to excel and accomplish results. Specifically, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Two to three years’ experience as an Account Manager aspiring to advance or existing Senior Account Manager willing to embrace a new challenge
• Background in media-related client relationship growth and maintenance is preferred
• Ability to perform well under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines
• Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies that achieve and exceed targets
• Innovative mindset combined with a proactive and positive approach to business growth
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities
