Position Overview
Join Compas as a Senior Account Manager where you will focus on cultivating and reinforcing client partnerships while delivering recruitment and service solutions effectively.
Location
Based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain relationships with major client accounts.
- Analyze client needs and facilitate prompt recruitment strategies.
- Spot and pursue opportunities for account growth and business expansion.
- Collaborate with the Compas team to achieve excellent client results.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven background in account or client relationship management, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder interaction abilities.
- Capacity to establish and nurture dependable, lasting client partnerships.
- Commercial acumen with the skill to recognize and develop new business opportunities.
