Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager focused on the DACH region. This role involves owning strategic client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to drive commercial growth and ensure clients derive real value from our digital compliance solutions. Responsibilities include nurturing and expanding a strategic portfolio of DACH clients, building strong partnerships with senior compliance stakeholders, identifying opportunities for account growth and renewal, leading commercial negotiations, and collaborating closely with internal teams across Germany and the UK to deliver outstanding client results.
Requirements
- Native fluency in German with strong proficiency in English
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B client accounts for digital solutions
- Commercial acumen paired with a consultative approach
- Comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS, compliance or e-learning sectors
- Preferred: Exposure to enterprise or international clients
- Preferred: Familiarity with regulated or complex environments
