Position Overview

The Senior Account Manager role, located in Abu Dhabi on a full-time, on-site basis, involves spearheading major client relationships and acting as the primary liaison. The role demands ensuring that projects are executed punctually, within agreed parameters, and aligned with client goals. Key tasks include leading client communications, gathering comprehensive requirements, directing internal creative and digital teams, and monitoring campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client meetings to clarify objectives and expectations.
• Collect detailed client requirements and translate them for internal teams.
• Manage the briefing process for creative and digital departments.
• Oversee campaign tracking and performance analysis.
• Develop strategic account plans and prepare persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Handle budgeting and track financial aspects of projects.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Mentor junior staff and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Drive continuous enhancement of client service processes and experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in campaign planning, marketing strategy, and project coordination under fast-paced conditions.
• Competency in managing timelines, multiple projects, and budgets efficiently.
• Knowledgeable in digital and social media platforms, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication; Arabic language skills considered advantageous.
• Leadership qualities including team mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
• Prior senior-level agency experience desirable, especially within UAE-based marketing firms.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Native Arabic speaker preferred.
• Between 3 to 6 years of relevant account management/client servicing experience in marketing or advertising agencies.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and manage several client accounts simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, content development, and integrated campaign strategies.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities with problem-solving focus.
• Experience working specifically within UAE marketing agencies is mandatory.

Additional Information
