Job description
About InfoTrack Canada
InfoTrack Canada is a rapidly expanding legal technology firm focused on modernizing systems that connect law firms, lenders, title insurers, government registries, and other partners within the legal ecosystem. Our culture is recognized for being exceptionally supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking, fostering career growth and authenticity for all employees. Located in Ontario, InfoTrack is aggressively growing across Canada, providing innovative solutions to enhance legal professionals' operations in searches, transactions, and closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities across the Canadian legal market, ranging from small real estate boutiques to large national law firms, generating the majority of your pipeline independently through cold outreach, referrals, events, and your network.
- Present InfoTrack as the preferred platform for land, corporate, and PPSA/PPR registry searches and other disbursable legal services such as digital signing and verification of identity, simplifying complex workflows into an integrated, efficient system.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, including researching potential clients, conducting targeted outreach, performing discovery and product demonstrations, navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Identify and establish your ideal customer profile based on firm size, practice specialization, and geography, building targeted prospect lists and executing consistent outreach via calls, emails, social media, and in-person events.
- Expand revenue streams within existing accounts by identifying additional service opportunities, cross-selling into different practice areas, and cultivating internal advocates to deepen InfoTrack's presence.
- Act as the liaison for legal buyers, communicating market intelligence gathered from your pipeline to inform product development priorities and feature enhancements.
- Represent InfoTrack at Canadian legal industry conferences, continuing legal education events, and bar association gatherings.
- Meet and exceed an annual sales quota focused on new revenue growth (NRR), ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage and deal progression velocity, with accountability extending beyond activity metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements
- More than five years of experience selling SaaS or technological solutions to law firms or in-house legal departments with a proven record of acquiring new clients independently, building pipelines from cold outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder transactions involving partners, IT departments, and finance stakeholders without reliance on leads generated by SDR or inbound teams.
- Solid understanding of legal workflows, particularly in areas such as title searches, real estate closings, corporate registries, PPSA, and litigation support, enabling quick credibility with senior legal decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, maintaining accurate data, forecasting reliably, and confidently discussing pipeline status with executives.
- A hunter mentality driven by initiating contact and securing new business rather than solely managing existing customer renewals or expansions.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong advantage.
- Keen interest in how technology transforms legal practice, allowing for insightful and consultative selling approaches beyond traditional presentations.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Employment Details
The role offers a base salary ranging from 90000 to 100000 Canadian dollars annually, complemented by on-target earnings between 150000 and 200000 CAD when quotas are met. Commission is uncapped, providing significant earning potential for high performers. The final salary package will be determined based on experience and demonstrated success in acquiring new business.
