Role Introduction
The Senior Academic Counsellor is critical to meeting customer acquisition targets and driving revenue growth by engaging prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales prospects through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
- Manage and meet student admission targets effectively.
- Assess student needs and recommend appropriate educational programs.
- Consistently close sales and accomplish quarterly goals.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and their parents to facilitate informed decisions.
- Provide one-on-one assistance during course selection, application submission, and adherence to deadlines.
- Help students acquire all necessary documentation for admissions.
- Inform students, parents, and guardians on admission criteria, enrollment procedures, and related formalities.
- Organize and streamline communication and application processing with applicants and their parents.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional empathy skills to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Strong motivation and capability to work in a results-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into confirmed enrollments.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
- Effective listening and presentation abilities.

- Work location is MG Road, Bangalore.
- The position requires availability 6 days a week.
