Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Security Patrol position located in the Doha Metropolitan Area entails vigilant patrolling of designated premises to detect suspicious activities and enforce security protocols. The incumbent is charged with protecting assets and personnel, inspecting access controls, documenting and reporting occurrences, managing emergencies, and collaborating closely with supervisors, clients, and emergency units while adhering to internal policies, safety standards, and local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols at assigned locations to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control site access points to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Report incidents and maintain detailed incident and shift logs promptly and accurately.
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations following established protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and Qatar's security regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qatari birth is mandatory for applicants.
• High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license with at least one year of driving experience within Qatar.
• Proficient in physical security tasks, including access control, surveillance, and incident handling.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting, coordination, and professional client and visitor interactions.
• Prior experience in security patrol, guarding services, or law enforcement is preferred.
• Ability to maintain alertness and make sound decisions under pressure during extended shifts.
• Basic computer skills to operate security systems and generate digital reports.
• Flexible availability for shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing security operations in Qatar is advantageous.
