Job Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Security Officer (Loss Prevention Officer) for our store located in Duisburg to start immediately. The position involves a standard 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at store entrances to protect customers, colleagues, and merchandise
• Prevent losses within the sales floor area
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure product security
• Effectively manage and resolve conflicts when they arise

Candidate Profile

• Strong self-motivation and resilience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Prior experience in customer service, security roles, or training as a specialist in protection and security is advantageous but not required
