Job Overview

We are seeking a Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer (m/f/d) for our Langenfeld store to start immediately. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, approachable, and friendly presence at store entrances to safeguard customers, employees, and merchandise
• Prevent losses on the sales floor
• Ensure product security collaborating closely with the store team
• Effectively manage and resolve conflicts

Candidate Profile

• Strong self-motivation and resilience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Experience in customer service, security roles, or training as a specialist in protection and security is advantageous but not mandatory
