As a Security Officer at our hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and property. Your daily work will involve monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, and providing excellent service to guests, upholding the warmth and hospitality that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular security patrols both inside and outside the hotel to detect and manage potential safety risks or threats.
• Support investigative processes by collecting information on security incidents, documenting findings thoroughly, and assisting with reports.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise security documentation and incident reports.
• React promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fires, medical situations, hazards, or security breaches.
• Offer attentive and professional guest support by addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
