Work Schedule and Compensation

The position demands availability for various shifts during weekdays and weekends, averaging between 36 to 48 hours per week. Both day and night shifts are offered. Pay is set at a base rate of €15.41 per hour, with an additional €20.00 for each night shift worked and a €1.00 per hour premium for hours worked on Sundays.

Key Duties

• Deliver courteous and professional service ensuring full client satisfaction.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, collaborating with Gardai when needed.
• Document all incidents, accidents, and emergencies accurately.
• Perform regular health and safety inspections across all premises.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication between the client and management.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all emergency response and evacuation protocols.
• Carry out additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
• Strictly follow onsite procedures and policies.
• Operate identification and access control systems properly.

Mandatory Qualifications and Attributes

• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Current valid PSA license.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a Static Security Officer, including at least two years within the Irish security sector.
• If a non-EEA national, must possess a valid GNIB or IRP card.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Capable of working independently with initiative.
• Competent in handling routine and crisis situations with efficiency and sound judgment.
