Job Overview

We are seeking professional and customer-oriented Security Officers to join our expanding team at a prestigious corporate site located in Princes Dock, Liverpool (L3 1QZ). This position involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7:00 to 19:00, averaging 42 hours weekly, with compensation at 13.45 per hour.

Role Responsibilities

• Safeguard client's properties, personnel, and assets by adhering strictly to site-specific assignment instructions and procedures.
• Perform routine patrols to deter and identify unauthorized activities.
• Manage access control through issuing and verifying passes or permits.
• Detect and report irregularities promptly, informing violators of established policies.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate authorities such as Control Room, Shift Manager, or Emergency Services as necessary.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to maintain situational awareness.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting observations, activities, and occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards to uphold the organisation's reputation.
• Support team objectives by delivering required outcomes effectively.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and visitors, offering professional, courteous service.
• Respond attentively to client inquiries and requests, taking suitable action.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a valid frontline SIA Licence.
• Preferably hold a CCTV Licence.
• Experience in corporate or concierge security settings is advantageous.
• Strong customer service aptitude with the ability to manage conflict appropriately.
• Availability and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• High enthusiasm and dedication to security duties.
• Capacity to work efficiently in dynamic environments.
• Complete employment history verifiable for the past five years.
