Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join 14Forty in Normanton, England, on a full-time basis, contracted for 42 hours per week. Your role will focus on providing continuous safety and security for the organization’s customers, staff, and premises while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Act as an effective team player with strong communication skills.
- Manage access control to the building and adjacent areas.
- Execute secure and efficient security procedures to ensure safety.
- Maintain the security and protection of the facility.
- Assist visitors and the public by addressing general inquiries.
- Uphold the company’s positive image representing 14Forty professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.
- Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for building relationships.
- Resilient, determined, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Professional, neat appearance at all times.
- Capable of individual initiative, as well as being a collaborative team member.
- Attention to detail with understanding of relevant health and safety, criminal law, and operational procedures.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Sunday: Evening shifts
