Job description
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working 42 hours weekly to maintain the safety and security of 14Forty premises, staff, and customers. This role requires vigilance and excellent customer service skills to ensure secure and welcoming surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster teamwork and maintain effective communication across shifts.
- Monitor and regulate entry and exit points of the building and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the execution of secure and efficient security operations.
- Protect the safety of the premises and all individuals on-site.
- Respond to public inquiries by providing helpful and courteous assistance.
- Uphold the 14Forty brand positively through professional conduct.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid SIA license is required.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
- Demonstrated determination and resilience under pressure.
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
- Professional and neat appearance is essential.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of health, safety, and legal security standards.
