Security Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Security Officer to join our team at 14Forty on a full-time basis, working 42 hours each week. Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our customers, staff, and premises, while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate enthusiastically as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Manage entry and exit of individuals in the building and surrounding areas.
• Ensure smooth and secure security operations at all times.
• Maintain safety and protection of the site and its occupants.
• Assist visitors with general queries.
• Portray a positive brand image representing 14Forty.

Requirements

• Possess a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport easily.
• Demonstrate resilience and determination in challenging situations.
• Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Show initiative while being a cooperative team member.
• Able to perform well under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations, criminal laws, and security operations.

Shift Pattern

The role operates on a schedule of four days on followed by four days off.
