Job Overview

Petpro is seeking diligent Security Guards to safeguard residents, visitors, property, and common areas at Sukhmani Enclave, Ludhiana. With 30-35 openings, this full-time position demands responsible and attentive individuals to maintain safety and order within the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points for residents, visitors, staff, and service personnel.
• Verify identification of visitors and accurately log visitor and vehicle entries.
• Conduct frequent security patrols and remain vigilant for any unusual activities.
• Ensure strict access control to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Supervise CCTV footage where applicable and promptly address security alerts.
• Oversee vehicle flow and enforce parking regulations at entrances and common zones.
• Manage deliveries and direct visitors or personnel appropriately.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, security breaches, or safety issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance and stay alert while on duty at assigned posts.
• Report any incidents such as breaches, thefts, or damages immediately to supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum completion of 12th grade; graduates preferred.
• Prior experience in security roles, ideally within residential societies or similar environments.
• Strong observational and alertness capabilities.
• Physically able to stand or walk for prolonged durations.
• Good communication skills coupled with a responsible mindset.
• Capability to adhere strictly to security protocols and guidelines.
• Police clearance and valid IDs are advantageous.

Performance Expectations

The role hinges on upholding safety, exercising vigilance, managing access and visitors efficiently, reporting incidents promptly, maintaining discipline, and demonstrating professional behavior consistently.

Compensation and Additional Details

The monthly salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
