Role Overview

We are seeking a vigilant Security Guard to help maintain safety and security at our premises in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding promptly to emergencies to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems consistently to detect any unusual activity.
• Control entry and exit by verifying identification, permitting access exclusively to authorized individuals.
• React swiftly and appropriately to emergency situations including fires, medical emergencies, or security incidents.
• Document incidents with clear and precise reports to maintain accurate records.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior to supervisors or law enforcement authorities.
• Protect individuals and assets by maintaining a secure environment that reduces risks.
• Enforce company rules and safety protocols to uphold order and safety standards.
• Offer assistance and guidance to visitors and staff as required, including providing directions and support.
• Conduct regular security inspections of doors, windows, gates, and equipment to ensure they are properly secured.
