Job Overview
The Security Field Officer will be responsible for recruiting security staff, performing routine checks, training personnel, overseeing daily unit operations, and managing client interactions including handling complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit security manpower to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular day and night inspections of security units to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for security personnel according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Supervise and monitor daily activities of security units to maintain standards.
- Liaise with clients and address any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
