Job Summary

We are searching for a seasoned Security Delivery Manager to direct governance and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services across several domains. This role entails managing service performance, stakeholder relations, risks, compliance, and ongoing service enhancements. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, the capability to handle complex security programs, and extensive experience collaborating with diverse technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern and manage the delivery of security programs encompassing Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and other cybersecurity services.
• Ensure service delivery meets defined service levels, KPIs, and business goals.
• Serve as the main governance interface among business stakeholders, security groups, and delivery teams.
• Lead meetings including service reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Handle escalation processes and guarantee prompt resolution of service delivery challenges and risks.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and performance metrics related to service level agreements to secure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve service quality and mature security practices.
• Monitor overall service health, delivery efficiency, and operational performance trends.
• Collaborate with teams in security architecture, engineering, operations, and risk to ensure smooth execution of security initiatives.
• Support audits and track remediation efforts to completion within established timelines.
• Create and deliver governance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver security programs while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and service management where applicable.
• Promote best practices in security governance, service management, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 10 to 14 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology Operations, or managing Security Service Delivery.
• Documented expertise in managing extensive security programs or governance functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and nurturing stakeholder relationships in complex settings.
• Strong background in security governance, risk management, compliance, and service delivery oversight.

Technical Expertise

• Comprehensive understanding of Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, and broader cybersecurity fields.
• Acquainted with security governance frameworks, risk management techniques, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledgeable in IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and service delivery frameworks.
• Familiar with security controls, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures.
• Ability to analyze and report on security KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.
• Experienced in incident escalation protocols and governance procedures.
• Skilled in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within security services.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
• CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional certifications
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certifications
