Security Consultant - B2C Field Sales

Role Summary

This position focuses on driving B2C sales for Response Services by interacting with residential as well as small business clients. The consultant will be responsible for generating leads, demonstrating products, and closing sales through hands-on field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell alarm monitoring and security services to both home and business customers.
• Source leads from field visits, events, references, and online channels.
• Deliver presentations and product demos to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Establish local partnerships and engage with community outreach programs.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Gather market intelligence and relay competitor insights to management.

Desired Background

• Experience in industries such as Consumer Durables, Fintech, Telecom, EdTech, Home Security Systems.
• Previous involvement in direct sales or B2C field sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification of graduation; MBA or B.Tech is preferred.
• Proven experience in direct or B2C sales is essential.
• Experience in selling premium products or services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously in field sales.
