Position Overview

The role involves dual responsibilities: providing personal protection to VIP clients and operating their vehicles with expertise. This position entails safeguarding clients during transit, public engagements, and at various locations by acting as a close protection officer coupled with skilled driving that emphasizes safety, awareness, and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver close physical protection to high-profile clients such as VIPs, executives, or celebrities during travel and appearances.
• Maintain high situational vigilance to recognize and prevent potential threats.
• Ensure safe escorting of clients between locations, coordinating with security personnel as necessary.
• Conduct thorough route reconnaissance, perform risk evaluations, and develop contingency plans in advance.
• Operate assigned vehicles—including sedans, SUVs, or armored cars—following traffic regulations and VIP protocols strictly.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and fuel requirements along with pre-trip inspections; promptly report mechanical issues.
• React efficiently and calmly during emergencies like attacks, accidents, or medical incidents, including safe evacuation and urgent communication with authorities.
• Provide basic first aid or assist with emergency medical evacuations when required.
• Uphold complete confidentiality regarding all client information, schedules, and whereabouts.
• Exhibit professional conduct, respectful behavior, and discretion at all times, strictly avoiding sharing client details.
• Secure vehicles and assets at all times, monitor surroundings for suspicious activity during stops or parking, and report concerns as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade; completion of 12th grade is advantageous.
• Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with an accident-free record spanning 3 to 5 years.
• At least 3 to 7 years of experience in personal security or VIP vehicle operation roles.
• Preference for candidates with background as bodyguards, ex-servicemen, or personal security officers.
• Familiarity with security measures, evasive driving techniques, and basic first aid is desirable.
• Age between 28 and 50 years.
• Physical fitness required, with minimum height of 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm), alertness, and robust build.
