Job Overview

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is tasked with overseeing the technical functions related to managing identities and access rights for users and entities. This role involves deploying identification, authentication, and authorization systems to safeguard access to resources within both business and industrial network environments, focusing on SASREF's Active Directory and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the identity access management strategy by delivering solutions that align with operational needs while upholding cybersecurity defense requirements.
  • Develop, revise, and adhere to IAM procedures and guidelines consistently.
  • Manage systems such as RSA and IAM, administer accounts and network permissions, ensuring access controls comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Design and develop integrations for Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Create and administer group policies and access control measures that conform to business rules, organizational standards, and operational needs.
  • Apply cybersecurity requirements including encryption and access control to mitigate risks.
  • Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and rectify gaps in IAM implementations.
  • Architect roles and authorizations across systems and coordinate with internal and external teams to support IAM services.
  • Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms and tools for access control processes.

Safety Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal and others' safety by following workplace (WPS) and process safety (PSM) measures rigorously.
  • Strictly observe all instructions of work (IOWs), safe operating procedures, and work instructions to prevent incidents.
  • Consistently comply with SASREF’s HSE Policy, 5 Safety Principles, and 8 Golden Safety Rules.

Safety Performance Metrics

  • Zero personal or third-party injuries.
  • No WPS or PSM related incidents caused.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities

  • Maintain the organization's cybersecurity posture by implementing recommended best practices.
  • Adhere to cybersecurity policies and handle SASREF's assets and data with full compliance.

Cybersecurity Performance Metrics

  • Prompt reporting of suspicious emails and phishing tests participation.
  • No failures in phishing campaigns.
  • Complete all assigned cybersecurity awareness training.
  • Zero cybersecurity violations or negative conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role related to identity and access management.
