Overview
Fisher Investments is expanding and seeks a seasoned Program Manager to join their Global Brand Management team, focusing on enhancing reputation and brand visibility across international markets. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys innovative problem-solving and driving the growth of company brand recognition.
Role Summary
The SEO Program Manager operates onsite to optimize the company’s search presence worldwide. Responsibilities include creating and updating content, enhancing websites for SEO, conducting competitive analysis, and overseeing projects involving third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program management to ensure all elements effectively meet company requirements.
- Oversee project phases from initial planning through to deployment.
- Define programs with broad scopes and goals aligned with business objectives in partnership with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage program changes, identify dependencies and critical paths, and plan contingencies.
- Control and maintain timelines and budget allocations related to programs.
- Offer management recommendations for business issue resolutions within the managed programs.
- Evaluate requirements for program components including implementations, staffing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration among IT, Finance, external vendors, and business users.
- Collaborate with and guide team members, business analysts, and project managers to assess and improve business processes.
- Mentor and motivate team members and contractors, fostering accountability and proactive engagement.
- Develop and implement best practices and tools for efficient program execution and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a similar blend of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years, preferably 5+, in digital organic marketing, public relations, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Adept at analyzing situations and formulating innovative solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt swiftly within a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
- Experience with SEO analytics tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz, and others preferred.
- Familiarity with search engine website content and coding standards from major market players preferred.
