About the Role

Join Australian Internet Advertising (AIA) at our modern St Leonards office in Sydney as an SEO Manager ready to lead innovative digital marketing projects. This role goes beyond basic link building, focusing on crafting impactful organic search strategies that drive substantial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed, long-term organic search strategies designed to meet diverse client objectives.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across Technical SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Content Marketing, and Offsite SEO sectors.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Google algorithm changes, search trend shifts, and industry best practices in organic search.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for various stakeholders, fostering trust and positive client relationships.
  • Coordinate expectations and timelines between internal digital teams and external clients effectively.
  • Prepare and present insightful strategy reports and data-driven performance analyses regularly.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to integrate creative approaches with advanced performance management strategies.
  • Analyze data metrics extensively to transform search insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive, client-focused communication both with clients and within team settings.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years experience within a digital marketing agency environment, including at least 2 years in client-facing account management.
  • Strong expertise in SEO best practices, solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals, and advanced skills with Google Search Console.
  • Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or related platforms.
  • Passionate about data analytics with a solid history of producing detailed SEO performance reports.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities and ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Current Sydney resident, able to work full-time on-site at St Leonards.
