Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the Role

MarketJoy, Inc. is looking to hire an SEO Executive to join their digital marketing team at their Prayagraj office. This role involves applying SEO best practices with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, focusing on improving website visibility and ranking.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply SEO techniques including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, content, and establishing internal links.
• Perform fundamental keyword research and analyze competitors.
• Track keyword positions, organic website traffic, and overall site performance.
• Utilize SEO analytical tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with content creators and development teams to implement SEO measures.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from 6 months to 1 year in Search Engine Optimization.
• Solid grasp of keyword research, content optimization, and web structure fundamentals.
• Basic skills in HTML and CSS alongside familiarity with SEO software tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are fixed days off.
• This position is based onsite in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
