The Sea Logistics Sales Representative serves a pivotal role in expanding market reach and nurturing client relationships across the region. This commercial position involves generating new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting our comprehensive logistics solutions in line with Kuehne+Nagel’s dedication to excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new prospects, converting them into loyal customers.
- Carry out customer visits, discovery sessions, and conduct business reviews.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and technical logistics solutions.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records in CRM, including opportunity tracking and visit summaries.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive cross-selling and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze portfolio performance to ensure ongoing customer retention.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years' experience in transport, logistics, or international trade sectors.
- Proven aptitude in sales, negotiation, and effective presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English is essential; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously under pressure, adapting swiftly to changing scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to team engagement.
