Role Purpose
Join our Paid Search consultancy team to help clients expand their online presence and business success. We seek a Senior Paid Search Specialist with a strong Growth Marketing mindset and relevant experience. This role demands deep expertise in paid search platforms, strategic insight, campaign optimization skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will collaborate across teams to drive measurable client outcomes and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage automation and data-driven approaches, including AI, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insightful metrics and improvement strategies.
- Keep up to date with search engine algorithm changes and adjust campaign tactics accordingly.
- Innovate by introducing new frameworks and performance techniques within the Paid Search team.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to clients and during sales pitches, articulating complex media strategies clearly.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams ensuring campaigns align with client goals and execute seamlessly.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented work environment.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, managing, and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns, ideally in a digital agency or similar setting.
- Proficient in paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Proven ability to meet client objectives by optimizing campaigns and driving impactful results.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for campaign enhancements.
- Excellent communicator with skills to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Independent, flexible, and analytical mindset.
- Able to present complex results clearly and understandably.
- Available to work onsite from our offices in Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg.
- Fluent in English and native-level German (spoken and written).
