Scrum Master

Overview

This role is being recruited for a Haystack partner. The selected Scrum Master will guide a team toward strong delivery outcomes, keep work aligned with customer expectations, and support complex Navy modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Coach the team to perform at a high level and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Make sure team members and key stakeholders understand Agile values, principles, and working methods.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and related tooling to reinforce durable process improvements.
• Keep the team focused on sprint goals and the outcomes that matter most to the program.
• Support operational excellence across demanding Navy modernization work.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, digital strategy, analytics, or product management.
• Hands-on background with Agile approaches such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, along with Agile metrics.
• Ability to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $86,900 to $198,000.
