Role Overview

Freo Group is hiring experienced Crane Supervisors for shutdown work across the Pilbara, Goldfields and regional Western Australia. This role is designed for supervisors who can bring clear structure, steady leadership, and a calm approach in demanding site conditions. The company is building a dependable shutdown leadership team to support ongoing project demand throughout the year.

What You’ll Do

You will supervise shutdown crews and help keep work organised, safe and efficient across multiple projects. The role calls for someone who can set expectations, coordinate people and work fronts, and maintain a strong leadership presence on site.

Required Background

Applicants should have prior shutdown and/or mining project supervision experience, along with the ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments. A strong understanding of safe work systems and lift planning is important, as well as clear communication, good coordination, and a practical, calm, solution-oriented leadership style.
