About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Facilitator who excels in English communication and carries a positive, energetic approach. This position involves implementing Activity-Based Learning (ABL) to foster exciting, interactive classroom activities that ignite student creativity, curiosity, and enhance critical thinking abilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize learning areas and prepare materials to enable interactive and engaging classroom activities.
- Promote active student involvement, curiosity, and teamwork using ABL methodologies.
- Monitor and document student participation, progress, and behaviors during class sessions.
- Assist teaching staff in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a supportive educational environment.
- Engage in professional development through training programs, workshops, and school functions aimed at improving educational delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a graduate degree in any field; graduates with an education focus are preferred.
- Exhibit strong English communication capabilities along with interpersonal skills.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as individuals with experience in teaching or facilitating educational activities.
