Job Overview
The School Administrator role at Bloom Learning Centre involves overseeing the daily administrative functions to ensure efficient school operations. This includes managing the front office, maintaining comprehensive student and staff records, facilitating admissions processes, and fostering effective communication among parents, staff, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily school operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
- Oversee staff and teacher management activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with parents and nurture positive relationships.
- Coordinate and manage admissions and enrollment processes.
- Support school growth initiatives and planning.
- Supervise health, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate facilities, vendor interactions, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and leadership strategies.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and prepare for inspections.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English communication with a native British accent.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Prior experience in administration or office management, ideally in school or childcare environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information appropriately.
- A friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
