About the Opportunity
Step into a vital position within Ventia's Defence Maintenance Contract at RAAF Base Amberley as a Scheduler. Utilize your organizational and planning abilities to coordinate maintenance efforts that impact operational success on a long-term, stable contract with clear progression opportunities at one of Australia’s foremost infrastructure service providers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual total remuneration of $85,396 including superannuation.
- Workweek Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, with early finish on Friday at 12:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple defence sites. Your role is to guarantee maintenance orders are planned, tracked, and fulfilled to meet operational demands. Key duties are:
- Managing and coordinating maintenance schedules using SAP systems.
- Tracking maintenance progress and supporting the generation of performance reports.
- Engaging with Defence personnel and internal teams to align on daily to monthly maintenance requirements.
- Driving ongoing improvements to scheduling and maintenance processes.
- Ensuring timely and precise completion of documentation and reports.
- Adhering to Ventia’s safety, quality, and environmental standards during all operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Success in this role demands prior experience within maintenance, defence, industrial, or asset management sectors. Essential qualifications include:
- Proven background in scheduling, planning, or coordinating maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP S4 Hana is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do approach.
